Heberlein Technology will present its most recent innovations for air texturing light, high-end textiles with ultra-fine yarns at the forthcoming GTTES (Global Textile Technology and Engineering Show) 2025, which will take place in Mumbai, India, from February 21–23.
The newest APe043 jet insert minimises yarn displacement at synthetic fibre texturing sites, particularly when processing polyamide filaments. This prevents developing knots and guarantees the seamless creation of ultra-fine yarns down to 20 denier.
All Heberlein jet cores are compatible with the new sturdy HemaJet-LB06 jet housing, and the texturing process can be precisely controlled and optimised due to the easy adjustment of the distance between the impact body and the jet core using a variety of gauges.
Additionally, the PolyJet SP-3 and TG-3 high-performance air interlacing jets include a special quick-release mechanism that allows jet packs to be switched out in a matter of seconds with only a single 180-degree rotation.
