Epyllion Knitwears Limited-HW, a Strategic Business Unit of the Epyllion Group, has been recognised with four Thrive Champions Awards in the 2024 edition, alongside 24 other PVH supplier garment factories. The awards, presented by PVH in collaboration with USAID and CARE Bangladesh, highlight significant contributions to the empowerment of women in the garment industry.
Epyllion Knitwears Limited-HW was awarded the title of Factory with the Highest PACE Learners and was also recognized as the Most Responsive Factory. Additionally, Rehena Akter, Senior Executive of Learning and Development at the company, received the Best PACE Trainer award for her exceptional contributions to training, while Mohammad Shah Alam, DGM-Compliance at Epyllion Group, was honored as the Best PACE Coordinator.
These accolades reflect the company’s commitment to advancing gender equality and sustainable growth within the textile sector, particularly through the implementation of the PACE program, which aims to enhance the lives of women garment workers.
