Washington-based textile manufacturer, The Warm Company has planned to invest US $ 4.9 million in the future expansion of its existing textile plant and distribution centre at the Old Sunset Hill Road, in North Carolina. The projected investments shall account 50 per cent for the equipment and 50 per cent for the land. Dedicated to supply innovative products to various industries including apparel, sporting goods, upholstery, bedding and aerospace, the company also has plans to expand on 2.15 acres of pre-owned land. County commissioners will hold a public hearing to offer the company financial incentives of up to US $ 64,688 over five years if the company meets its projected investment.
