Fashion giant Mango is demonstrating its commitment to innovation by investing in Ziknes through its Mango StartUp Studio accelerator.
Ziknes specialises in software and robotic 3D printing solutions that allow for a quick transition from design to production with recycled materials. Mango’s investment comprises financial assistance in the form of a convertible participation loan, and Ziknes will benefit from participation in an acceleration programme that will provide insights into Mango’s operations as well as help from experts, particularly in furniture design.
This is Mango StartUp Studio’s fifth investment, with a focus on technology and sustainability. Ziknes, which was formed in 2021, intends to change manufacturing by integrating 3D printing and robotics to improve production efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.
Mango StartUp Studio collaborates with IESE Business School, a globally acclaimed business school that has been ranked first in the world by the Financial Times since 2015.
Mango said it seeks to contribute its knowledge and expertise in the fashion business to help the entrepreneurial environment, citing over four decades of experience and one of the most advanced and international technology and distribution ecosystems.
