Lands’ End, the iconic American lifestyle brand, has teamed up with global recycled cotton fiber producers, Recover™️, to introduce an eco-conscious denim collection. This collaboration features enduring styles for both men and women, by incorporating 20 percent of Recover’s recycled cotton fiber sourced from discarded textile scraps.
By utilising Recover’s premium recycled cotton fiber, the collection significantly mitigates the environmental footprint compared to items produced with new materials. This initiative showcases how discarded textiles can be reincorporated into the production cycle, fostering a more sustainable approach.
SVP of Marketing at Recover™, Boris Mercier, stated, “We’re delighted to collaborate with an iconic American brand such as Lands’ End, to accelerate the adoption of sustainable initiatives all over the world and bring low-impact fashion closer to the consumer.”
Kym Maas, SVP of Product and Merchandising at Lands’ End, said, “Lands’ End is committed to helping better our environment and minimise our impact on the earth with help from partners, such as Recover. We look forward to the launch of our men’s and women’s denim collection this fall/holiday.”
