The Denim Deal, a global initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of post-consumer recycled (POCR) cotton, has announced that it will unveil three new collections that demonstrate the practical viability of circular denim and that are ready for commercial scale and adaptable across brands.
Developed in partnership with Dorlet, Sharabati, Kipas, Ereks Blue Matters, and PDNA, the EMEA Hub Collection comprises nineteen garments showcasing circular design and supply chain transparency. Key innovations include removable branded buttons by Dorlet, Ereks’ integrated green production systems, and PDNA’s Digital Product Passport platform, which connects and verifies supply chain data directly to each garment.
Two new collections integrate Digital Product Passports, Product Environmental Footprint data, post-consumer recycled cotton, and advanced sustainable wash technologies. The first collection, produced by Raymond UCO, will be displayed at Kingpins, while the second, created by Bhaskar Denim, will be showcased during the Denim Deal’s week-long event.
According to the Denim Deal, these collections are “proof of concept” for the future of denim, combining recycled materials, digital traceability, and environmental impact data into a replicable framework.
Looking ahead, the Denim Deal plans to continue launching new collections that highlight additional members, technologies, and design complexities. Each step contributes to its long-term target: producing one billion pairs of jeans containing at least 20% post-consumer recycled cotton by 2030
