
Bata India launches a new headquarters in Gurugram’s Millennium City on the occasion of the company’s 130th anniversary. Designed with sustainability in mind, the headquarters aligns with Bata India’s commitment to a more eco-friendly future.
The new facility, named “Project Blue Sky,” reflects Bata India’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being. According to CEO and managing director Gunjan Shah, “As we celebrate 130 years of global excellence, we’re stepping boldly into the future while staying true to our roots. By creating an environment where smart technology and eco-conscious design converge to inspire creativity and collaboration, we’re not just changing where we work; we’re transforming how we work.”
The headquarters has been awarded the Platinum LEED Grade-A certification, recognising its sustainable design. It also features a collaborative workspace with hot desk options, as well as a library and wellness facilities to support employee well-being.
