Eight Sri Lankan apparel manufacturers will be exhibiting their best collections at the upcoming Texworld, an apparel sourcing exhibition, that will be held from 21 to 23 January 2019, at the Javits Convention Center, USA.
The garment manufacturing companies from Sri Lanka, which will be gracing the 3-day event, are Haward Fashion, Jia Moda, Jumeirah Lanka, Kash Garments, Perks Clothing, Sarasavi Exports, Screenline and Sun Queen Garment.
It is worth noting that for the first time, Sri Lanka Chamber of Garment Exporters in cooperation with the Export Development Board of Sri Lanka will be organising a Sri Lankan pavilion at the sourcing event.
Over the years, Texworld has managed to brand itself as one of the most happening industry events that bring together the best of apparel fabrics, trims and accessories across the globe.
For a long time, USA has been one of the biggest export markets for Sri Lanka and 2019 is expected to be no different.
The show is yet again expected to be a big platform to provide latest information on textile and fabric trends in addition to presenting several industry-related seminars.
