Fashion quick-commerce platform ZILO has expanded its operational network and product offering with the launch of its second dark store in Mumbai, opened just three months after its first. Alongside the new facility, the company has broadened its assortment to include accessories, footwear, bags, watches and fashion jewellery, significantly widening its lifestyle portfolio.
The new dark store will support both apparel and non-apparel categories, strengthening ZILO’s hybrid supply model and improving delivery speed, inventory consistency and service coverage across additional Mumbai pincodes.
ZILO’s expanded categories now feature brands such as Titan, Timex, Guess, Lavie, Caprese, Baggit, Zouk, Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Neemans, Carlton London, Giva, Zaveri Pearls, Accessorize London, Palmonas, Van Heusen, Allen Solly and others—marking the company’s entry into a comprehensive lifestyle offering.
Padmakumar Pal, Co-Founder and CEO of ZILO, said consumers were increasingly seeking speed and choice across all fashion segments, not just clothing. He stated that expanding into non-apparel categories had always been part of the company’s strategy and that strong customer demand had encouraged ZILO to extend its promise of instant fashion discovery to accessories and lifestyle essentials.
Bhavik Jhaveri, Co-Founder and CIO, said the company’s goal had consistently been to simplify end-to-end fashion shopping. He noted that accessories and footwear formed an integral part of the “getting-ready” journey and that the expansion allowed ZILO to address a broader range of customer needs.
ZILO’s service includes home trials, instant returns and personalised recommendations, supported through a hybrid model of dark stores and brand outlets to ensure access to fresh, in-season collections for urban consumers.
