Vedant Fashions Limited, the parent company of the renowned ethnic clothing brand Manyavar, has announced a significant leadership change by appointing Anand Narang, as the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer effective 4th September 2023.
Ananad has a 25-year track record in business leadership across various global brands like Bata, Nokia, Jo, Huawei, Comverse, and Airtel. His extensive experience encompasses category management, marketing, e-commerce, retail, sales, GTM, and product management.
Anand Narang’s international experience spans Europe, including the UK, Denmark, Finland, China and India.
He has successfully managed diverse categories in fashion, luxury and premium, and telecom and digital services across various sectors such as retail, e-commerce, CPG, and tech.
Furthermore, Vedant Modi, the former Chief Marketing Officer, will serve on the position of Chief Revenue Officer within the company.
As given in the company’s statement, “We hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, approved the re-designation of Vedant Modi, CMO as the ‘Chief Revenue Officer’ and the appointment of Anand Narang as the ‘Chief Marketing & Digital Officer’ of the Company, forming part of the Senior Management of the Company.”
