US fashion marketplace Poshmark has launched Brand Closet!
The online apparel reseller’s Brand Closet will now allow big brands to sell directly to 80 million users of Poshmark.
While confirming the same through a media release, it was also stated that big brands can share limited-time products, conduct e-mail campaigns, create brand pages and manage inventory and logistics through Poshmark.
Additionally, one-on-one clienteling can also be done by brands through the secondhand marketplace’s services.
More on the launch, Manish Chandra, CEO, Poshmark, said that Brand Closet was a win for everyone. Poshmark believes brands would now get a large audience of millennials and GenZers who often buy a brand for the first time on the company’s platform.
Notably, Poshmark gets more sellers engaged on its platform.
Manish added that by opening up to big brands it is empowering them to build loyal, lasting connections with a coveted audience, tap into a new sales channel and, importantly, give shoppers a one-of-a-kind personalised service.
Launched in 2011, Poshmark is a fashion commerce marketplace where people in the US can buy and sell new or used apparels, shoes and fashion accessories. The company has its headquarters in Redwood City, California.
