
LK Bennett, the luxury brand from the UK, has witnessed its gross profit go up by 55 per cent to £ 21.7 million for the year ended January 2022.
The net profit, notably, was in excess of £ 1 million.
The brand saw its sales rise by 38 per cent to £ 37.7 million for the aforementioned period, with UK sales alone going up by 53 per cent.
What’s noteworthy about the impressive UK sales was that the stores were closed for 71 days due to Covid-induced lockdowns.
Following good jump in profit, Darren Topp, CEO, LK Bennett, said that the brand will continue to invest in the future of the business in areas such as store upgrades and improved digital channels .
Darren added that the company is also looking at opportunities to bring LK Bennett to wider audience in the UK as well as across the globe.
The London-based brand was founded in 1990 and sells apparels, shoes, handbags and accessories.
