
The TJX Companies Inc., leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the US and worldwide, has announced that Jackwyn Nemerov has been elected to its Board of Directors.
The company release informs that Nemerov is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Ralph Lauren Corporation, and previously served as its Executive Vice President. During her 12-year tenure with the fashion brand, from 2004 through her retirement in 2015, she led the Wholesale, Retail, Worldwide Licensing, and International businesses along with the full scope of company operations across design, merchandising, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and e-commerce. Prior to that she was associated with Jones Apparel Group, and held multiple roles within the retail industry before this company.
