Synthetic yarn processing company Supertex Industries launched jointless aprons at the recently held edition of India International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITME). The jointless aprons are said to be technically superior to existing aprons in the market.
The jointless aprons have both a jointless outer layer as well as a jointless inner layer.
“With this new product, the inner layer of the jointless aprons will never have issues related to joint separation. Jointless bottom aprons are designed to have a thicker inner layer. This increases the lifespan of the product as the inner layer wears over a period of time,” said the company’s management.
The jointless construction has a few benefits which includes a thinner outer layer which reduces the strain on the apron’s outer layer and increases its resistance to ozone and flex cracking. Also, the jointless construction of the inner layer ensures uniformity in the yarn quality.
“We invested a lot of time, effort and energy to perfect the latest technology and fabricate these truly jointless aprons. We are the first to introduce this innovation in India,” said Managing Director Jugal Kishore Pansari.
He further added that their customers can hope to see more innovation and dynamism from the company in the coming years.
