Notably, Retailwinds owns renowned womenswear apparel retailers including the likes of Fashion to Figure, Happy x Nature and New York & Company.
The tie up is an endeavour to enhance the customer experience by providing seamless and personalised content across all their brands and channels with the help of cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI).
RTW is hopeful to launch the restructured websites online by fall 2020 with an intention to provide user-generated content, more relevant promotions and real-time communications to its customers.
On the other hand, the AI-enhanced data will help improve the value of promotional offers on all its retail platforms.
