
Mothercare, a British retailer which specializes in products for expectant mothers and in general merchandise for children, has hired Kirsty Homer from John Lewis Partnership as its new Global HR Director.

Earlier this month, Mothercare in association with sustainability charity Hubbub launched a pilot campaign #GiftABundle aimed at supporting families to reduce textile waste, as research shows that UK homes are storing 183 million items of outgrown baby clothing.
