
India is rapidly gaining popularity as the emerging fashion destination on the global map, and luxury brands like Armani Exchange, House of CK and Cole Haan are gearing up to capitalize on the opportunity.
As per reports, Armani is planning to bring Armani Exchange to India by August this year, to attract young generation of the country. Armani Jeans, Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani are already present in the Indian market. It is expected that Genesis Colors which is currently marketing Armani’s products in India will be doing the same for Armani Exchange as well.

Other than Armani, American clothier Cole Haan is also mulling over opening its first store in the country by July. The brand will be marketed by Arvind Lifestyle Brands. Walking on the same line, fashion giant CK Jeans from the house of Calvin Klein will too be opening its store soon.
The luxury market in India is growing at a great pace. Presently, it stands at about US $ 20 billion and is expected to reach US $ 50 billion dollars in the next four years…, this clearly indicates why luxurious brands are eyeing the Indian market.
