
Farfetch, the renowned London-based luxury fashion platform, has joined hands with Italian luxury brand Salvatore Ferragamo.
Together, both the fashion houses intend to drive the Italian brand’s digital transformation.
The partnership will enable Salvatore Ferragamo to leverage the technology of Farfetch so as to power its website as well as omnichannel strategy.
Additionally, the luxury brand will also closely work with Farfetch to enhance its presence on the latter’s marketplace.
Corroborating on the deal, José Neves, CEO, Farfetch, said that the partnership capitalises on all of Farfetch’s strengths as the global platform for the luxury industry, besides tapping into its vision for Luxury New Retail.
Salvatore Ferragamo’s rich heritage of creativity and craftsmanship now gives it an opportunity to take the same to a unique new audience globally.
