
Finnish fashion retailer Lindex has once again been honoured as the ‘Fashion Chain of the Year’ at Habit Fashion Awards, held recently at Cirkus, Stockholm.
The retailer has been awarded ‘Net Omnikanal’ for its digital efforts.
The company is known for its rich offerings of exciting and affordable collections for women and kids. It has been into the e-business for the last ten years and currently sells online across Europe.
“Clear consumer information, prompt delivery, efficient return handling, as well as a superior physical and digital platform, give consumers a seamless, inspiring and user-friendly shopping experience in top class regardless of the channel and Lindex has done that,” said the jury while announcing the award.
At the event, Lindex was also praised for the initiatives it took to provide a convenient yet an exciting shopping experience to its customers by launching a smart shopping app, new digital tools and features at its stores.
Henrik Sörstedt, Director of Digital Business Development & Customer Experience (Lindex) attributed the company’s success on the digital front to its employees.
This is the second time Lindex bagged an award at Habitat Fashion Gala. In the year 2013, the company was honoured for good profitability, international expansion and innovative fashion concept.
