UK-based clothing retailer John Lewis has unveiled its maiden womenswear rental collection.
Powered by rental platform Hurr, the shoppers can find a wide range of over 20 curated John Lewis brands that include Whistles and Somerset by Alice Temperley.
There will also be exclusive collaborations including the likes of Erica Davies + John Lewis collection.
Notably, customers will be able to browse the collection at johnlewis.com/fashionrental.
The clothing will be available to rent for 4, 8, 10 or 20 days – with next-day delivery options if needed.
Once the products are selected, the same will be directly posted to the address and included will be a pre-paid postage label for returns.
The items will be dry cleaned by Hurr using Oxwash responsible laundry services, and ready to be rented again.
More on the platform, John Lewis Commercial Director, Kathleen Mitchell, said “Our new rental platform introduces new and exciting designers to our customers, encouraging them to support a more sustainable way to shop.”
