The Swedish multinational fast fashion retailer H&M Group’s sales including VAT during one month period ended March 28 increased by 7 per cent in local currencies compared to the same period last year.
Sales in March, April and May should be viewed together, partly because the Easter holiday falls in different months in different years and partly because the weather during this period can vary greatly from year to year, the fashion brand said in the press release issued.
The total number of H&M stores amounted to 4,426 on 31 March 2017 compared to 3,997 stores on 31 March 2016.
