
In an effort to extend its retail presence in India and introduce new product categories, menswear brand DoubleTwo has partnered with Bradford License India.
The company is looking for licenses for a wide range of product categories, such as men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, accessories, innerwear, luggage, and footwear. In order to reach customers in new areas with little financial outlay on its part, DoubleTwo also plans to seek franchise expansion in India.
Anand Annamalai, director of Double Two, expressed excitement about expanding the brand’s presence, leveraging Bradford License India’s strong licensing expertise to introduce its rich heritage into new product categories that appeal to the contemporary Indian market.
Founded in the UK in 1940, DoubleTwo entered the Indian market in 2018 with an exclusive outlet in Bengaluru. The brand now operates an e-commerce store in India and has physical stores in cities like Tirupati, Vijayawada, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Chennai, among others.
