Decathlon Sports India’s wholesale or business-to-business (B2B) business has expanded 20-fold over the past five years and now accounts for around 10% of its total revenue.
As per Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings, Decathlon India’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,133.10 crore in the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company has not yet filed its FY26 financial results with the RoC.
The company’s wholesale business currently delivers to more than 20,000 pin codes across India, covering over 90% of the country.
According to the company, Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, including high-altitude regions across Jammu & Kashmir, Leh & Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and the Northeast, account for more than 40% of its total B2B revenue.
Decathlon India’s wholesale division is also expanding beyond traditional retail to operate as an integrated sports solutions partner. Its B2B operations now cover defence establishments, government bodies and more than 20,000 corporate clients and entities.
The company is positioned as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). Through this platform, its B2B business has completed more than 1,000 orders across multiple sports categories, supplying products such as high-altitude expedition tents, cycles, footballs and field equipment directly to more than 500 government organisations and public sector undertakings (PSUs).
Decathlon India also serves the defence sector through CSD Army Canteens and the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB). In addition, it works with more than 20,000 corporate clients on workplace sports and wellness programmes as well as gifting solutions.
The company also has partnerships with more than 500 educational institutions, non-profits and community foundations.
