
Starting 4 March (Thursday), customers of four more e-commerce entities in Bangladesh, who did not receive their goods despite advance payments, will start getting refunds.
Media reports maintained this citing concerned officials, adding with the assistance of Commerce Ministry, customers will get their money back, currently stuck in payment gateways, even as it named the four entities as Bangladesh Deal, Tholay, Anonder Bazar and Wecoom.
Meanwhile, speaking to the media, head of the e-commerce cell at the Commerce Ministry, AHM Safiquzzaman, reportedly, stated: “…we will start refunding them from Thursday. We could trace some money deposited by customers of these four companies back to payment gateways.
