
Balenzia, one of India’s leading sock brands, under the business house, Jagran Group, expands its retail footprint with its flagship store at Mumbai Airport’s Terminal 2, an integral move marking its 18th outlet. This milestone signifies Balenzia’s entrance into the international terminal circuit, positioning itself strategically at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA).
This Mumbai launch, the brand’s sixth store in the city, represents a leap into the international realm. Shruti Gupta, Balenzia’s Head of Strategy, emphasised the pivotal location at CSMIA, recognising its status as a key global transit point, facilitating engagement with a diverse audience.
Balenzia’s new store boasts a wide assortment, spanning from timeless essentials to modern designs, a testament to their dedication to craftsmanship. Gupta expressed the brand’s growth trajectory, forecasting additional store inaugurations by the fiscal year-end, consolidating Balenzia’s position in the market.
Beyond Mumbai, Balenzia operates outlets at Chennai International Airport, Lucknow International Airport, and across major metropolitan cities like Delhi and Bengaluru, along with malls in Surat, Ludhiana, and Udaipur. The brand remains abreast of trends, regularly launching themed collections such as Disney and Marvel edition socks, catering to diverse consumer segments.
