
With effect from 1st September, Under Armour has named Franck Denglos vice president of commercial for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Denglos’ new position will see him in charge of all EMEA sales channels, including wholesale, distributors, e-commerce, and retail, with an emphasis on growing the U.S. sportswear company’s market share and speeding up growth. His office will be in the company’s Amsterdam location.
Denglos comes to Under Armour from Adidas, where he most recently served as president of Adidas Italy. He has over 25 years of experience in the sports, lifestyle, and fashion industries. Previously, he held roles at Adidas as global vice president of group strategy at speed and global vice president of sales and general manager at international clearance/B2B.

The new appointment comes on the recent appointments of Yassine Saidi as chief product officer and Eric Liedtke as executive vice president of brand strategy, at Under Armour.
