Mytheresa, a luxury multi-brand digital platform, has announced Amber Pepper’s appointment to the position of chief customer experience officer.
Pepper will report to the senior leadership team of the company in Munich as of October 1st, where she will be responsible for partner marketing, brand management, communication, customer experience, and top customer engagement. Her track record of implementing growth plans for elite luxury, retail, and fashion companies is anticipated to be crucial in fortifying Mytheresa’s position as the industry leader in the premium sector worldwide.

Pepper has worked in jobs focused on both digital and physical experiences for almost 25 years, during which time she gained valuable knowledge in the luxury market. She most recently worked at Tapestry as vice president of marketing, communications, and e-commerce. She has previously held the positions of head of marketing and communications at Harrods and chief marketing officer at Farfetch. Pepper was a managing director at Brower Lewis PRCo as well.
