
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced the establishment of a modern textile center in Jabalpur aimed at creating job opportunities for women. Addressing the initial session of the Regional Industrial Conclave in Jabalpur, he shared, “A mega unit of the advanced textile centre will be established in Jabalpur soon. This initiative would not only set up Jabalpur as a new textile hub in the state but also contribute to female employment.”
The conclave saw involvement from many business houses and industrialists around the country. Chief Minister Yadav also mentioned the latest development of medical and educational colleges in MP, highlighting the state’s expansion in the pharmaceutical sector with more than 275 units exporting products to over 160 countries.
Moreover, he noted the existence of 16 industrial parks and 517 MSME units in Mahakoshal (Jabalpur), together offering employment opportunities for around 20,000 people.
