London-based resource planner software company, Zedonk, recently unveiled Z.Studio. This launch was done in association with a product lifecycle management software provider.
With the launch of the Z.Studio platform, Zedonk aims at structuring the product development for small and medium enterprises and even growing brands. The company that has assisted a number of brands such as Self Portrait and Toteme amongst others, will help the labels optimise and streamline their end-to-end operations, inventory, logistics and production.
Apart from streamlining the operations, this platform also boasts a pick-and-mix approach, which will help the businesses effortlessly add or delete plugins within third-party omnichannel platforms such as Shopify, which the brands increasingly use.
In this regard, Zedonk stated that such features will give not only flexibility but also offer businesses growth opportunities by smoothening their operations. The company further added that this platform will add visibility and insights at every stage of the production other than unifying real-time product data across different departments, globally.
Z.Studio’s other prime features include sample tracking right from prototypes to the pre-production stage, fit notes, pre built-in annotations, visual construction assistance and additional features that minimise admin work and eliminate spreadsheet overload.
Speaking about the same, Andrea Mené, Managing Director at Zedonk said that this platform will help particularly new brands start small and grow fast. Andrea also added that this parallel platform of Zedonk can be incorporated by brands only when they are ready.
