Interstoff Asia Essential Autumn 2014, a three-day textile trade fair that recently rolled out the carpet for the visitors from September 25 – September 27 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre will not take place from next year. Realising that apparel manufacturing units and buying offices have shifted to China from Hong Kong in recent years, Messe Frankfurt, one of the world’s largest trade fair companies has now declared that it will close the Interstoff apparel fabric trade fair and will shift its focus to shows in China through relocating Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics over there.
