
Fashion brand Snitch, of Shark Tank fame, partners with EcoReturns to reduce and automate its returns using generative AI. EcoReturns’ software in e-commerce, built for online brands uses the power of AI to mitigate hard problems often faced by store owners. This move follows after reportedly Snitch’s capacity expansion plans got unleashed, upto an additional 1 lakh sq.ft.
Currently managing a 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse and an extra 50,000 sq,ft. warehouse via the brand 3PL, the goal is to handle 20,000 shipments daily during one work shift, equipped with the most innovative technologies in the market.
EcoReturns utilises the advanced capabilities of GenAI, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly process for customers initiating return and exchange requests. The solution automates the returns and exchange processes by reducing the return rates. The platform is also utilised by various fashion clienteles that includes Forever New, Steve Madden, Wythe and more.
Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder of Snitch, emphasises the importance of technology in this strategic move. He states that EcoReturns will be instrumental in a lot of technology, including AI, to improve and make the processes efficient.
