Men’s apparel retailer Perry Ellis has received a grant to enhance its e-commerce capabilities by integrating Syte’s AI-powered product recommendation engine. Trained on billions of shopper interactions across millions of e-commerce apparel pages, Syte’s proprietary technology is tailored to the specific needs of the apparel category.
The multi-year partnership will allow Perry Ellis to implement Syte’s recommendation engine across its online platforms, delivering personalized suggestions to shoppers throughout their journey. The technology analyzes key elements like size, fit, material, style, and occasion, ensuring relevant product recommendations even when specific items are unavailable.
Jay Nigrelli, EVP of Direct-to-Consumer at Perry Ellis, emphasised the impact of the grant, stating that key performance indicators like average order value and satisfaction have increased dramatically along with the customer experience thanks to Syte’s recommendation engine. As innovation progresses, this partnership enables the brand to provide a smooth purchasing experience.
Ziv Ben-Baruch, CEO of Syte stated that brands make significant investments to draw in customers, and the business assists them in turning those visits into sales. The business’s apparel-specific AI solution increases revenue, lowers bounce rates, and improves consumer engagement.
This grant-backed initiative highlights Perry Ellis’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to optimize its digital shopping experience.
