The advent of modest fashion has given rise to higher necklines, longer hemlines and covered sleeves. Do you think this would enjoy a market greater than only the Muslim community? How do you think this will change the dynamics of the industry going forward?

Over a dozen of luxury brands like Gucci, Balenciaga, Ferragamo etc. have started showing men’s and women’s collection together. This helps in reducing the cost of holding double shows and also lets the designer show a common creative vision. Retailers have also joined in with Zara, H&M Unisex and Selfridges Agender. Several new unisex brands like 69, Wildfang have also come up. Genderless fashion has even gotten the nod from celebrities and influencers alike. Are we finally ready to scrape off gender-specific fashion collections for good?
