The fashion world has seen Martine Sitbon return. The renowned designer of the 1980s and 1990s is introducing a brand-new collection called Rev, which is based on vintage designs that she is revisiting with a modern spin.
She collaborated on this project with the brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton, who were once music producers and the creators of the high-end urban brand Iro, which they later sold in 2019.
Without providing too many specifics about her project, the French designer stated in a press release that her design philosophy is to relive the past while looking at the future. She also mentioned a style that is all about shifting lines between masculine and feminine and being flexible and flowing.
The line will be sold via a Milan storefront and in Paris at a show during the upcoming Women’s Fashion Week, which runs from 27th February to 7th March.
