DBL Group has officially broadened its presence in the textile and apparel industry through the acquisition of Glory Textile & Apparels Limited. The formal handover ceremony took place recently at the DBL Group Corporate Office, attended by prominent figures including Abdul Wahed, Chairman; M. A. Jabbar, Managing Director; M. A. Rahim, Vice Chairman; and M. A. Quader (Anu), Deputy Managing Director and Group CEO. Several senior officials from DBL Group were also present, along with former owners and key executives of Glory Textile & Apparels Limited, to mark the significant transition.
Following the ceremonial handover, M. A. Jabbar, along with directors and senior officials from DBL Group, visited the Glory Textile & Apparels factory on 18th March 2025. This visit aimed to oversee the operational integration and celebrate the new chapter of the company under DBL Group’s leadership.
This acquisition underscores DBL Group’s commitment to growth and reinforces its status as a leading player in the textile and apparel sector. The integration of Glory Textile & Apparels Limited is anticipated to boost DBL Group’s production capabilities and further enhance its market presence.
