Coats Global Services (a dedicated business, working specifically to improve operational efficiency, productivity and speed in the fashion supply chain) is set to acquire the UK-based planning software company Fast React Systems, shared Fast React Systems in a press release. The acquisition, when accomplished, will further add to the diversity Coats Global Services’ vertical of Operational Excellence.
Fast React Systems will form part of Coats Global Services (CGS). The acquisition comes close on the heels of CGS’ acquisition of GSD, another industry leading solution in the CGS portfolio, last year. As part of the CGS team, Fast React Systems will be actively working to expand the scope and reach of the total solution offering, continuing to move our technology forward and growing the level of integration available to customers.

Fast React Systems will continue to operate under the Fast React Systems brand name from its world-wide offices. Wherever Fast React Systems are already engaged with businesses, points of contact will remain the same.
