Youth-focused fashion brand Wrogn, co-owned by Virat Kohli, has joined forces with A47, a homegrown brand renowned for its patriotic merchandise, to introduce ‘Wrogn X A47 – The Indian Infantry Collection,’ marking India’s first army-inspired fashion line. A47 gained prominence through its ISRO merchandise and apparel collection, launched subsequent to the success of Chandrayaan 3.
Virat Kohli expressed his admiration for the new collection, emphasising the significance of honouring the country’s soldiers. “Each time I wear this attire, it embodies my gratitude. It serves as a constant reminder of the sacrifices made by individuals who have selflessly served our nation,” Kohli stated while wearing a piece from the new collection.
The collection comprises a diverse array of garments, including polos, jackets, camo T-shirts, and hoodies. The pieces draw inspiration from the earthy tones commonly worn by the Army—khaki, olive green, camo, and various brown hues. Each piece is adorned with army badges, swatches, and motifs depicting the valour and sacrifices witnessed during the Kargil war, paying tribute to the Army’s dedicated service to the nation.
Bhavik Vora, Founder & CEO of Black White Orange/A47, emphasised that their brand was established to honour India and its achievements. “Collaborating with Wrogn to bolster our alliance with The Infantry Museum and Research Centre signifies a significant stride towards realizing this vision,” Vora remarked.
Shoppers can access this collection both online, available on platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, and Wrogn.in, as well as offline in exclusive brand stores, Shoppers Stop, and Pantaloons through Wrogn’s retail network, ensuring nationwide accessibility.
