
Caroline Brown has been elected Global Brand President of The North Face® by VF Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of branded lifestyle apparel, accessories, and footwear. Caroline Brown will take up her new role the week of 10th June 2024. Nicole Otto is replaced by Brown, who has resigned from the VF Board of Directors due to her appointment.
Additionally, VF declared that, as of 30th May, 2024, Mindy Grossman and Kirk Tanner will serve as independent directors on the VF Board. Tanner and Grossman will be up for reelection at the VF Shareholders’ Annual Meeting in 2024. At the 2024 Annual Meeting, Benno Dorer has made the decision not to run for reelection.
