For its traditional and special occasion dress labels Manyavar and Mohey, Vedant Fashions Limited has built a combined showroom in Bengaluru. The new store is intended to be a destination for event clothing.
The new ‘world of celebration’ store is designed to offer shoppers a comprehensive traditional wear wardrobe and showcase two brands’ collections under one roof. “This is just not yet another store,” said Vedant Fashions Limited’s national retail operations manager Arun AB, adding, “Come and experience the joy of celebrations.”
The store’s newest collections, including Manyavar’s summer wedding attire designs for men and boys, were on display when it opened for business. According to a Facebook post from the firm, Mohey’s most recent offerings for women include lehengas with summery hues and pastel embellishments.
In Ranchi, Vedant Fashions Limited most recently opened a combined store for Manyavar and Mohey, the establishment’s largest store in the area, with 17,000 square feet.
Manyavar, a line of ethnic clothing, was introduced by Vedant Fashions Limited in 2002, while Mohey, a line of women’s special occasion clothing, was introduced in 2015. The company also manages the clothing lines Manthan, Twamev, and Mebav. According to its website, the clothing industry now operates more than 600 outlets throughout more than 200 cities and three countries. Vedant Fashions Limited operates a total of 11 foreign locations, two of which are in the US and the UAE.
