Bengaluru-based men’s fashion and apparel brand Snitch has appointed Varun Muralidharan as the lead retail operations and projects head, according to a release by the company on Tuesday.
Muralidharan was the retail manager for Bestseller India prior to this. The press release also stated that Muralidharan is anticipated to contribute a plethora of experience and knowledge to Snitch, having worked in retail operations, business development, and marketing.

In his capacity as lead retail operations and head of projects, Muralidharan will be in charge of all Snitch retail operations. He will oversee daily operations at retail stores, such as inventory control, hiring, customer service, and sales performance, with a primary focus on store operations management. Furthermore, he will be in charge of improving the customer experience for the company by creating initiatives to raise customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through improved service, tailored experiences, and quick checkout procedures.
Currently, the brand has its presence with one store in Bengaluru and around eight in the pipeline in states like Gujarat and Karnataka.
