These stores were opened simultaneously at Noida(Uttar Pradesh), Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh), Goalpara (Assam), Rohtak and Ambala (Haryana). V2 Retail – offering over 5,000+ trendy styles at unmatched prices to customers across Tier-1, Tier-2 cities, metros – has gone beyond the 230-store mark nationwide with this expansion.

V2 Retail saw a 62% year-on-year revenue growth reaching Rs.1884.5 crore (US $ 215 million) in FY ’25, while its net profit grew by 159% to Rs. 72 crore (US $ 8.21 million). In Q1 of FY ’26, the company continued its success graph, achieving its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 632 crore (US $ 72.14 million), up by 52% Y-o-Y, primarily driven by the addition of new stores. The company added 41 stores in the current fiscal, with 26 new outlets being opened in Q1 itself, ready to cross its initial 100-store expansion goal for FY ’26.
Akash Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer of V2 Retail Ltd. stated that their goal has always been to redefine affordability without compromising quality. On the back of strong revenue growth and accelerating store expansion, they are strengthening their leadership in the value fashion space.
As per Akash, nearly 35% of their first quarter topline has been from new stores and the overwhelming customer response has boosted their confidence to keep scaling at a pace that matches India’s rising fashion aspirations.

He added that V2 Retail is continuously striving to maintain the target of 40-50% annual revenue growth with a clear vision and aggressive expansion pipeline.
