
V2 Retail has reached a key expansion milestone with the opening of its 300th store, underscoring the pace of its growth across the Indian retail market.
The development was disclosed in a regulatory filing made under SEBI Regulation 30. In its filing to the stock exchanges dated 16th January 2026, the company said it had added 111 stores on a net basis during the current financial year, significantly expanding its retail footprint and strengthening its presence across multiple markets.
The milestone highlights V2 Retail’s aggressive expansion strategy and execution capabilities in a highly competitive retail environment. The addition of more than 100 stores within a single financial year points to strong operational efficiency and confidence in consumer demand across its target geographies.
