Hervia, the luxury fashion e-tailer from the UK, has been bought by international investment firm Parabellum Investments.
While confirming the same, Rami Cassis, founder of Parabellum Investments, said that the acquisition will enable the firm’s foray into luxury goods market.
The acquisition has been, reportedly, done for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes Hervia’s Manchester-based stores as well as its online platform.
Rami also added that he will focus on taking Hervia into the next phase of expansion by striking new partnerships with emerging designers in the UK, France and Italy.
Besides, the key will also be to explore new segments such as kidswear.
Additionally, the focus will be on bolstering Hervia’s customer experience by investing in the brand’s online platform.
Founded in 1993, Hervia is known for selling apparels and accessories and has a customer base across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia.
