Target Corporation, the second-largest discount store retailer in the United States, has announced its plans to woo customers ahead of holiday sales.
The retailer will not only introduce new brands but also offer free shipping and gifts under US $ 15 to the customers.
Target has also decided to launch special services such as Order Pickup and Target Restock (the next-day essentials delivery service). It has also introduced mobile wallet in the Target app for REDcard holders.
Weekend deals are also being framed by the retailer as it is focused on being priced rightly to help customers save more.
Target has also initiated its marketing campaign, “Together’s the Joy”, to encourage customers to look and shop through broadcast, custom media partnerships and social media.
All efforts collectively will give festive in-store experiences to its customers. More than 400,000 workforce of Target is prepared to welcome guests all season long with more new and exclusive brands than ever.
In September this year, Target announced to add 1,00,000 workers to its current list of employees globally. These workers will extend their help during the upcoming holiday season sales which start a day after Thanksgiving and continue until early January.
Majority of the companies note around a third of their annual retail business during this particular period only. And it appears Target is all geared up to seize this opportunity.
