
Comfort-first underwear and bodywear brand Sloggi is set to expand its UK presence through a new wholesale partnership with Matalan, which will see key collections launch across 20 of the retailer’s stores.
The rollout will include Sloggi’s signature ranges such as Basic+, known for its soft fabrications in maxi, tai and midi styles with smooth seams; GO Crush, a daily comfort line featuring hipster, high-leg and shorts; and Double Comfort, the brand’s bestselling collection to date, which includes maxi, short and tai briefs as well as bralette top designs made from eco-certified organic cotton.
The products will be available in select Matalan locations, including Liverpool, Southend, Colchester and Bristol.
Lizzie McMillan, head of sales UK and EIRE at Sloggi, said the launch represented an important milestone for the brand, providing an opportunity to reach more customers and introduce Sloggi in a new and accessible way. She noted that this was only the beginning of a broader UK expansion, with ambitions to make Sloggi a staple in wardrobes nationwide.
Michelle Norton, head of brands at Matalan, said the partnership aligned with Matalan’s mission to expand customer choice. She highlighted that Sloggi’s focus on quality, comfort and everyday ease complemented Matalan’s value-driven approach.
