SHR Lifestyles has launched a 24×7 employee support helpline, Shree-Saathi, aimed at providing immediate and confidential assistance to retail employees. The announcement was made on the occasion of Retail Employees’ Day, which is observed internationally on 12th December each year.
The helpline is designed to serve as a reliable support channel for employees seeking guidance on workplace-related challenges, including working conditions, conflict resolution, health and safety matters, compliance concerns and career development support.
Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Kapoor, Chairman and Managing Director of SHR Lifestyles Pvt Ltd, said that Retail Employees’ Day provided an opportunity to recognise the contribution of frontline staff who represent the brand to customers on a daily basis. He added that employees play a critical role in delivering relevant and meaningful customer experiences and that the introduction of Shree-Saathi was intended to ensure that every employee had access to support whenever needed.
