Cornish apparel company Seasalt has introduced Seasalt Rewards, a new loyalty program that gives points for every purchase.
A digital mobile wallet card takes the place of the conventional stamp card model in UK Seasalt stores, offering more individualised communications and experiences aimed at boosting customer engagement and retention for both in-person and online UK consumers.
The “seamless” transition to the new program allows current stamp card holders to transfer their accumulated stamps until the end of June 2025. Customers will also receive birthday gift cards, access to sales, and special deals and competitions.
