In an effort to assist families struggling with rising costs of living, high street retailer Primark has announced that it is cutting the prices of hundreds of necessary children’s holiday apparel and accessories.
Primark announced in a statement that it would be cutting costs on a number of essential kidswear items for their spring/summer 2024 collection, such as swimsuits, T-shirts, shorts, sliders and baseball caps.
Primark began slashing prices on hundreds of necessary children’s items last summer in preparation for the Back-to-School shopping season. This year, the retailer is in its second year of doing so.
Gavin Daniels, director of Kidswear at Primark, said, “We know that summer can be an expensive time for families and as the holidays get closer, parents want to make their money go further with low prices that don’t compromise on great quality.”
