Simply Be, the plus size womenswear e-tailer from the UK, has teamed up with Hirestreet to launch its maiden clothing rental edit.
The edit includes as many as 23 pieces that also comprise some of the e-tailer’s best-selling own-label occasionwear and a bridal dress that currently retail at 220 pounds.
Notably, sizes range from 10 to 32.
The association with fashion rental platform Hirestreet will enable shoppers to rent fashion items from 14 pounds for 4 days.
N Brown Group, the British online retailer which owns Simply Be, said that the rental edit is being seen as another milestone in its wider sustainability strategy Sustain.
As a part of the sustainability strategy, the e-tailer aims to attain net zero emissions by 2040, besides planning for responsible sourcing of all brand products by 2030.
