Pantys – the Latin American brand known for its absorbent underwear – has unveiled its maiden transgender and non-binary collection of underwear.
The new collection will help ensure period inclusivity for all those menstruate.
The brand added that its Boxer line intends to start conversation about periods to all people who bleed, in addition to making the community feel included and valued.
More on this, Maria Eduarda Camargo, COO, CFO, Pantys, said that the menstrual products available today are made for women, but this is also a serious issue for men who menstruate.
Further corroborating, Maria, who is also the Co-founder of Pantys, said “in addition to offering a new product, the Boxer will bring visibility, comfort and functionality to the menstrual cycles of trans-men.”
Panty worked closely with trans-community members all through the manufacturing process to develop the product on material, design, colour and testing.
Importantly, the Boxer line is made of same fabrics as remaining collections with three layers treated individually to be antibacterial and antifungal. Besides, the fully absorbent layer kills 99 per cent bacteria in addition to protecting against all leaks.
The Boxer collection is available in sizes from XS to 3XL at Pantys.com
Pantys is known for making 100 per cent carbon neutral products and is the first absorbent underwear brand in Latin America. It recently expanded to Europe.
